Editing and Cancelling
Q: How do I edit my subscription?
There’s a link in your order confirmation email that will take you to your subscription management page.
On your subscription management page, click “Edit Subscription”, and you’ll be able to update your address and/or your payment method
Q: How do I upgrade from a Home subscription to a Family subscription:?
To upgrade from a Home subscription to a Family subscription, please contact us, and we will create an upgrade order for you!
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account here
You’ll be sent an email from us with a code to login to your subscription. This link will be valid for 5 minutes.
Once you log in, please click the “Update Billing Details” link, which will take you to your billing page. On your billing page, please click the “Manage” button next to your subscription, and you should be given the option to cancel.
If you run into any issues cancelling, just let us know, and we can cancel for you.
Q: Are you storing my credit card details?
No we would never do that. When you purchase ClamXAV, our reseller partner (FastSpring who handle all card payments) receive a special token which is unique to you, and which allows them to charge your card again the following year on the condition that your card is still valid.

Q: How do I change my registered email address?
Simply get in touch with us via the helpdesk and we’ll sort you out.
Q: Can you send me my registration key again?
If you’ve lost your registration key, you can find it by logging into your Subscription Dashboard, and clicking “View Details” next to your subscription.
