Do I need to MOVE THIS: "Move ClamXav.hdb into place" that shows in the log report?

If you are referring to:
ClamXav.hdb.zip is valid and has file size: 17157643 bytes
DB integrity check is sound. Move ClamXav.hdb into place

freshclam is just telling you what it is doing after performing a security check (talking to itself). Nothing you need to do.

Added:

If ClamXav ever needs you to do something, it will appear in a popup dialog, rarely ever in a log.

There are a handful of errors that should never occur and if they do you will be asked in the log to contact the developer. I've only seen one in all the time I've used it and have observed maybe one a year, at most, from others.
