Not clear on why you were looking at that, but it all seems normal except for the one time when it was unable to check for a ClamXav app update via Sparkle.
I suggested before that you look at the freshclam.log which can be seen by selecting "Open Update Log" from the Sentry icon menu. There you can see what issues, if any, there were with checking the Official ClamXav definitions and ClamAV definitions. You can also compare the start times of each to see how long it spent trying to get to the ClamXav server.
